I found it extremely informative and well written. It makes sense, too, and I like how you didn't make it sound as though it was magic. You acknowledge that getting what you want can be difficult but made the book very helpful in that case. I also like how it wasn't full of self-help clichés, and wasn't condescending in any way. And if it doesn't work now, maybe I'll get it down pat later. At least now I have the information. Thank you! I would never ask for a refund on this book.
